UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE LOT OF 4 MINT SET OF COMMEMORATIVE STAMPS YEARS: 1977 - 1978 - 1979 - 1982 Beautiful lot commemorative stamps. The stamps themselves are in pristine condition. The folders and covers that they are stored in have wear and water damage. There are stains, and it looks like some of them stuck together and were removed. Again, the stamps were not affected.
