US USPS 1974 Commemorative Mint Year Set MNH w/ Yearbook and Sealed Stamps. Please read the entire description before you bid. Pictures are of the actual item you will receive and an integral part of this description. Please inspect them carefully for spots/stains, etc. Apart from toning due to age, this item is generally in a good condition for its age. The "yearbook" is a tri-fold folder with space to mount the stamps. Corners on the outer envelope are creased/folded. The stamps are in a sealed packet, so I cannot vouch for their condition. The actual condition of the stamps sitting in the packet for 50 years is a risk you will have to take if you bid on this item. Shipping by USPS First Class Mail within US or First Class Mail International to Canada (either without tracking). Shipping to Australia and a few European countries is handled entirely by eBay, including determining the shipping charge shown to you, selecting the shipping carrier, filling out the customs forms, etc. This item not eligible for combined shipping.
