This offering is for a 1950 plate block of four commemorative 7-piece stamp set. This year set (less Capital 150th anniversary set which is listed separately) is in mint never hinged (MNH) condition. Scott catalog #s 987-988, 993-997 apply. NOTE: The darkish looking line/area across the block is just from the clear holder on the page. This month's offerings include a mixture of worldwide and U.S. coins, medals, stamps and whatever else falls out of the closet.
