Scott Publications Specialty Series: United States Commemoratives stamp album containing stamps issued between 1893 and 1959. Album is approximately 20% full, containing hundreds of stamps. Stamps are in plastic sleeve inserts which are mounted to pages; stamps themselves are mint, never used, never hinged. Album shows its age. Cover shows wear and staining, but the album was built to last forever and the binding is fully intact and functions very well. See pictures for a selected glimpse of the contents and condition. Album is heavy (over 5 lbs.) which is reflected in the shipping cost.
