Postal Commemorative Society US Commemorative Stamp Collection 1939-1988 in binder with 100 panels. There are 1,011 stamps. This is a complete 50 year collection set for 1939-1988 as issued by PCS. The stamps are all sealed and mounted on panels. The stamps are accompanied with a postmark representing the first date of issue. Each panel also includes information about the commemorative stamps on that panel. A list with number of panels and stamps for each year is below. The three ring maroon binder and panels are in excellent shape. There is no personalization on the front cover which was an option offered by PCS. I have kept this collection set on a shelf in a closet in my smoke free home. This binder weighs a little over 10 pounds. I will ship it to you in a solid box.
