United States Postal Service Mint Set of Commemorative Stamps 1983 Complete with mint unhinged stamps inserted into supplied mounts and placed on album pages, or inserted into mounts awaiting placement. This collection was an offering of the USPS in which the collector purchased a complete set of the commemorative stamps issued during the year. This year set is presented with a 24 page album, with spaces to placed mounted stamps. Scott #'s 2031-2065, C101-C112 This complete set is mint, with stamps inserted into mount and awaiting placement, or placed on album page. The folio / album and MNH stamps are in excellent condition. The original outer envelope may have some wear / edge toning or some minor writing - the envelope for this year set tended a bit over-sized and subject to wrinkling..
