This folio album was an offering of the USPS in which the collector purchased a complete set of the commemorative stamps issued during the year. This year set is presented with a 8 page folio / album, with places for the mounted stamps to be displayed. Scott #'s 1950, 1952, 1953-2002 (only 1 single example), 2003-2004, 2006-2024, 2026-2030 Stamp issued in 1982 include; Franklin Roosevelt, George Washington, Netherlands ( U.S. joint issue), State Birds / Flowers (1 single), Library of Congress, Energy ( Blk. / 4), Horatio Alger, The Barrymores, Aging Together, Dr. Mary Walker, Int'l Peace Garden, American Libraries, Jackie Robinson, Wolf Trap Park, American Architecture (Blk. / 4), Touro Synagogue, Francis of Assisi, Ponce de Leon, and 2 Christmas Issues including a block / 4, for a total of 29 mint stamps. This complete set is mint, with stamps in mounts and placed on folio pages.. The folio has minor damage to back (see pic) and MNH stamps are in excellent condition.
