The 1980 USPS Mint Set of Commemorative and Special Stamps Set includes 28 mint, never hinged stamps mounted in original album. Highlights of the 1980 Commemoratives include the 15 cent four-stamp blocks on coral reefs (Scott #1827-1830), Indian Art (Scott # 1834-1837), and American Architecture (Scott #1838-1841), and my personal favorite the Lake Placid Winter Olympics (Scott #1795-1798). As a teenager at the time, I still recall watching ABC Wide World of Sports for the incredible US ice hockey victory over the Russians! Go team USA!!!
