Description

This is a 1975 set of United States Postal Service Commemorative stamps, including 28 unique stamps in a its original issue binder and envelope. The 10 cent stamps are in the sets original condition, never used, having been stored in the binder and outer envelope since purchased in 1975. The stamps and folder are in great shape. The outer white envelope (marked "1975 Mint set, item no. 932) has shelf wear on the edges and corners and is lightly yellowed with age.
