This is a 1973 set of United States Postal Service Commemorative stamps, including 33 unique stamps in its original issue binder and envelope. The 8 Cent stamps ((includes 6, 11 and 15 cent stamps) are in the sets original condition, never used, having been stored in the binder and outer envelope since purchased in 1973. The stamps and folder are in great shape. There is tape on the edges of the plastic cover keeping the stamps from sliding out of the protective cover but not harming the stamps. The outer white envelope is marked "1973 Souvenir Mint Set Mini Album". The outer envelope shows shelf wear on the edges and corners and is lightly yellowed with age.
